I guess with a lot of people sometimes it’s down to the fact they love food that they exercise and this is something that always relate to me. Don’t get me wrong as a personal trainer and precision nutrition qualified i know you can’t out train a bad diet and crappy food isn’t going to help performance. but who doesn’t love a delicious pizza or a cheeky Nando’s?

Thirsty Bear, on the outskirts of Reading town centre is this little gem, serving up amazing deep dish New York style pizza and some great beers. Not to mention their massive selection of whiskeys and sport on TV, just make sure you go after your long run…not before!
